The ideal candidate will engage with customers in a professional and supportive manner, delivering top-notch service and ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction. This role requires active listening, effective problem-solving, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
Uphold company standards in safety, customer satisfaction, presentation, and goal achievement.
Manage customer interactions through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email, with a focus on resolving inquiries efficiently.
Utilize multiple software applications and resources to document transactions accurately and comprehensively.
Maintain a structured work schedule in a fast-paced contact center environment, adhering to designated break times and lunch schedules.
Support additional hours as needed during emergencies, which may involve travel to multiple locations.
Process transactions, including payment handling, service orders, and billing adjustments.
Address customer questions and concerns about billing, service initiation/termination, and other account-related requests.
Accurately handle cash transactions and ensure balanced and reconciled cash reports when applicable.
Actively participate in community outreach and company initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Experience with cash handling and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work in a structured setting, managing both telephone and face-to-face interactions.
