Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
  • Utilize computerized systems to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Process transactions, including cash handling, while adhering to company policies.
  • Promote products and services through effective sales techniques during customer interactions.
  • Maintain phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.90 - $19.36 per hour
