- Process transactions, including cash handling, while adhering to company policies.
- Promote products and services through effective sales techniques during customer interactions.
- Maintain phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
