Crew Member
Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide change as needed.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Prepare food items according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide help to customers with any inquiries or special requests regarding menu items.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new culinary skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
