The Client Support Administrator will provide day-to-day support to our Clients and Business Development team by:
  • Provide day to day customer support and updates
  • Serve as liaison and/or point of contact for internal customer related inquiries
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting and invoicing for Customers and Suppliers
  • Utilizing and compiling data analytics and forecasting for customer accounts as required
  • Be main point of contact for the Business Development team
  • Supporting Business Development team with administrative tasks associated with obtaining new business and current business growth
  • Assist where needed with CRM activities, including data entry and lead generating/prospecting activities


To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Proficiency in Excel to include data analysis, charts, pivot tables, V Look Up
  • Proficient in Teams, Word, and Power Point
  • Organization and the ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills and confidence in your decision making
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure appropriate communication both internally and externally


Qualifications Required:
  • High School diploma
  • 1+ years business to business sales/customer service and/or administrative support experience
  • Proficient in analyzing data and generating comprehensive reports
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
