Join Our Team as a Classroom Associate!
Are you passionate about working with children? We are looking for dedicated Classroom Associates to support our Montessori classrooms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the lead teacher to create a caring and engaging learning environment inspired by Montessori principles. No prior experience with the Montessori Method? No problem—we provide training. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining smooth daily classroom routines.
- Prepare and organize the classroom, ensuring materials are accessible and inviting for children.
- Support the physical, emotional, and social development of each child.
- Communicate openly and effectively with the lead teacher and team members.
- Model respect and courteous behavior in all interactions.
- Participate in school-wide training sessions, professional development opportunities, and staff meetings, including occasional events outside of regular hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
