Care assistant
Provide personal care and support with reference to individuals care plans. To provide a safe and caring environment that promotes sleep and underpins the residents physical, emotional and psychological well-being. To engage with the residents and encourage them to participate in daily activities. To encourage a healthy nutritional diet and hydration, following individual care plans. To follow delegation from the nurse in charge and team leaders.
