Job Summary:
The Card Fulfillment Representative processes individual, bulk, and distributor orders for smartcards and tickets. The representative must follow all required processes and standards to ensure the accuracy and security of card and ticket inventory and usage. The representative will assist in the achievement of all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance standards and requirements. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes individual new/replacement card orders and bulk fare media requests, using a variety of software and hardware
- Strictly follows all fare media control processes and reporting requirements
- Prepares fare media for shipping and creates shipping labels
- Performs physical counts of inventory and makes appropriate adjustments on inventory levels
- Performs end of day reconciliation of physical stock against various computer reports
- Performs routine administrative duties, including data entry and organizing courier pick-ups
- Assists in unloading boxed inventory from delivery truck and organizes fare media stock into stock room
- Receives, unpacks and re-stocks items as necessary
- Tracks inventory movement and keeps accurate records
- Execute processes while adhering to ISO practices
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of directly related technical experience. Organized with an ability to handle multiple tasks and insure proper follow up is maintained. Proven experience with computer software operation. Ability to work with all levels of management and technical staff. Self-motivated with an ability to work unsupervised and utilize good time management skills. Good team player with a positive attitude. Must excel in a fast paced environment and be able to respond in deadline situations. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Good mathematical skills. Ability to work with all levels of management and staff in a Call Center setting and contribute to a positive working environment. Ability to lift 30 lbs on a daily basis. Able to work extended hours when required.
