At The Wags Club, we offer a unique, resort-style environment for dogs, complete with turf fields, cozy cabanas, wading pools, and premium play spaces. As the company looks to expand, we’re searching for a General Manager who can bring their business skills to the table and elevate our operations while maintaining our high standards of excellence.
What We Offer You:
Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses when revenue targets are hit.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Daily Operations with Skill and Precision: Oversee every aspect of our luxury dog resort, ensuring safety, enjoyment, and efficiency.
Utilize & Hone Your Business Management Skills: Apply your expertise in operations, client relations, and financial oversight in a small business setting, with opportunities to refine and perfect your approach as we grow.
Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Build strong relationships with pet parents, ensuring they feel confident in our care.
Oversee & Develop a Talented Team: Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management to foster a positive, dedicated staff environment.
Drive Sales & Enhance Client Communication: Oversee front office operations, social media, and client interactions to support revenue growth and brand presence.
Collaborate with Ownership on Strategic Initiatives: Ensure smooth operations, maintain compliance, and manage employee benefits as you partner closely with ownership.
What We’re Looking For:
An experienced leader with a background in small business management or a similar environment, ideally in pet care, hospitality, or customer service.
A commitment to delivering outstanding service, ensuring every client and pet interaction reflects our dedication to excellence.
Strong organizational and communication skills to keep operations smooth and support a collaborative team environment.
A love for dogs! (This is essential—you’ll be surrounded by them every day!)
A valid CA Driver’s License and flexibility to work Monday through Sunday to support our 24/7 operation.
