Responsibilities:
- Prepare billing information and support the accuracy and efficiency of billing process.
- Register and deposit payments along with receiving and sending backup correspondence.
- Assist clients and customers with basic billing issues. Escalate more complex issues to other billing team staff.
- Daily exception reporting.
- Refund processing.
- Develop good and productive working relationships with internal and external teams to finance impacting area of responsibility.

- Basic Excel
- High school diploma/GED
- 1–2 years general office experience
