Administrative Assistant II

Responsibilities:
  • Visitor sign in log – Make sure sign in log is filled out correctly and completely, issue badges, escort visitors while they are in the building. Log needs to be sent to security every quarter.
  • Fill Kan Bans – Paper, envelopes, other office materials.
  • Weekly inventory – Breakroom materials, sanitizer and gloves, masks and bags, Staples supply lists.
  • Restocking breakroom and offices – Put away staples orders, deliver supplies to offices, fill coffee, creamer, sugar, straws, spoon, forks, knives, replenish masks, and bags.
  • Help shred – As needed.
  • Keep front office printer filled with paper, order waste toner and cartridges as needed and do not let toner or waste container run out.
  • Review temp checklist and make sure it is filled out correctly and sent to Factory Supervisor every Friday by EOB.
  • Keeping the files folders updated monthly.
  • Update temperature logs as needed
  • Organize luncheons and events as needed.
  • Gathering of daily metrics from job trackers into Excel.
  • Convert spreadsheets into graphs and paste into Powerpoint presentations.
  • Scan in all documents to online shared folders.
  • Additional daily duties as requested by facility leadership
The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $25.00/hr - $32.00/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Qualifications:
  • Computer skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • HS and 4-6 years.
