Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Designer to join our client's Singapore office. As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to lead and engage in every phase of architectural design, from concept design through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, all within a stimulating team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept through detailed design, ensuring alignment with our client's design philosophy.
Collaborate with the architectural team, clients, consultants, and contractors to produce innovative, high-quality design solutions.
Manage and oversee architectural projects, including master planning, space planning, and construction detailing, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop conceptual presentations, architectural drawings, and renderings using advanced design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
Guide junior designers and mentor team members to foster professional growth and ensure design consistency across projects.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, and other consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with global architectural trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies to inspire cutting-edge design solutions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Proven track record in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing innovative and thoughtful design work.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, 3DS Max/Vray, Lumion, and Photoshop.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and regulations is an advantage.
Strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
