Project Coordinator (Construction)
Responsibility
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
- To attend site meetings, attend client’s briefing / site measurement.
- Day to Day Project Management, include liaison with all parties involved in the project ( Main & Sub Contractors, Architects, Consultant and supplier and etc.)
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Facilitating problem solving and decision making among project groups, and escalating issues to upper management when necessary.
- Any others responsibilities and duties that may assign from time to time.
- Diploma or Degree holder in related field
- Posses 2 years of experience in related field
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Auto CAD, MS Project
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
