Operation Manager (Mutu Case)
Goal: To ensure efficient and effective operations for outlets and events. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager, Creative Director and Wholesale Manager.
- A fan of Mutu Case, our product, and our values
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Good portfolio in art and design is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service principles.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak production periods.
- Listen to design needs, come up with ideas
- Discuss the product samples and designs
- Performing QC on pre - production sample, sample shoot, & bulk product
- Ensure accurate stock management and minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Consistently improve operational processes to enhance store profitability.
