Responsibility:

- Responsible to carry out all MIS related activities in the organization.
- Troubleshoot the PC related problems include hardware and software.
- To assistant and provide help for users to operate the system installed for facilitate the process of organization.
- Produce and Incharge of MIS activities report.
- To setup / support current LAN environment and network related system
- To monitor and produce report for telecommunication service such as telephone, fax, mobile phone and call cards.
- To monitor and maintain Internet fax and ensure effective implementation.
- To provide Internet Connection to all related departments and monitor Internet usage.
- To Administer Servers and monitor system data backups and security.
- To plan & budget MIS expenditures and system upgrade requirement.
- To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
- Minimum Diploma In Computer Studies with 1 year experience.
- Experience and strong knowledge of LAN Environment are essential
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows & server operating system, Microsoft Office series application & Security Software.
- Posses good analytical and initiative attitude.
