1. Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better.
2. Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings.
3. Preparing client presentations and materials, including Power Point and sales displays.
4. Meeting new and existing clients in person.
5. Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings.
6. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Working with other team members to manage risks.
8. Training and mentoring sales team members especially waiters and cashiers.
9. Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors
10. Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events.
12. Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
13. To plan and coordinate for event and catering.
14. To draft and planning for promotions and offers.
15. To do weekly/monthly/yearly reporting and performance tracking.
Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business and Development Executive or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
3. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
4. Experience working in Food and Beverage industry with a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape is an added advantages.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Positive thinker and cheerful attitude.
8. Able to work outside and business travelling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
