•Receive all incoming calls and route them to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner •Take note of messages from external callers in case the concerned employee is not available and ensure that the message is delivered •Ensure that all phone lines are working properly and report malfunctions to Head Office and alert phone technicians for rectification •Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration •Make requisite attempts to handle customer complaints in a prompt and effective manner as per company policies and escalate cases to his/her superior if required
