Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled IT Recruiters with experience in the US market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, demonstrating exceptional communication and networking skills while efficiently prioritizing tasks. A long-term commitment is preferred.
Requirements:
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of relevant recruiting experience.
- In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices and employment laws.
- Proven experience in building and managing IT talent pools.
- Ability to work in EST and PST time zones.
- Experience recruiting US citizens and Green Card holders.
- Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, E3, TN).
- Knowledge of US tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-to-Corp).
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates.
- Self-motivated with excellent teamwork skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to recommend the best fit for positions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
