Receptionist Cum Admin
Responsinilities
- Reception duties, answering and directing calls to a concerned.
- Receiving documents and disseminating and filing.
- Administrative duties like managing calendar and other administrative tasks
- Assist residents, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain clean, organized reception area.
- Manage access control systems and building security.
- Provide general information and address residents' concerns.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
Requirement
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
