Job Description

Always provide a sense of welcome and departure to all visitors of the Hotel.
Provide correct and accurate information in response to all enquires.
Lead by example with regards to departmental grooming and attitude.
Ensure that you are aware of the daily activities via Daily Round-up, Opera and diary.
To be aware of all ongoing matters within the Hotel and any special events those are planned.
Be aware of all daily VIP’s.
Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
Liaise closely with the Front Office, Guest relations, Reservations, the Bell Captain and Valet to ensure guests arrivals, departures and queries are handled courteously and efficiently.
Demonstrate the “Passion for Excellence” through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the “Essence of Pleasure” is achieved.
Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude.
Perform tasks within a timely manner.
Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.
Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
Valid driver's license.
