Office Administrator

Job description
Funtasia Waterpark in Drogheda has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in a busy office environment. This role requires the candidate to be available to work weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities for Office Administrator
The duties include but are not limited to;
· Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Office Administration Function.
· Managing the coordination of Group Activities and Birthday Parties.
· Working proactively with other team members to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
· Dealing with customer queries and requests in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party.
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
· Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
Qualifications for Office Administrator
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
  • A Team Player with excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, also comfortable working independently.
  • A solutions-based mindset, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement in the operation of the Office Administration Function.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
