Customer Service/Receptionist
We are currently seeking a receptionist with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication. A background in dental is desirable but full training will be provided. You will play a pivitol role in managing patient appointments, discussing treatment plans and coordinating with the dental team ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Pay: From €13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused approach
- Manage all enquiries from new patients
- Oversee outbound campaigns, proactively manage all follow-up and monitor the responses
- Manage the systems for follow-up contacts and recall contacts
- Managing website functions and social media
