Kitchen & Bathroom Team Member - Mitre 10 Onehunga
The Role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Onehunga Bathroom & Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will also be a great listener and able to positively engage with a variety of customers who are seeking their specialised advice.
You will be part of a knowledgeable team that work together to deliver great service. This is an opportunity to learn and grow your retail sales career.
We have a permanent, part time position working Friday to Monday (32 hours per week).

An ideal candidate will have
- enthusiasm and enjoys working in a team environment
- a passion for customer service excellence
- retail sales experience, desired but not essential
- preferably some knowledge of bathrooms/kitchens however not essential
- excellent listening, communication skills and be solution focused
- an ability to take initiative, be mature and autonomous
- physical fitness as lifting and merchandising products is part of this role: moving bathtubs, shower doors and panels, vanities and the like several times a day is required
